DOSAGE:*Take one (1) with food, or if on an empty stomach with at least 8 fl ounces of water. It's best to start with only one or half a tablet per day to determine your tolerance level (typically determined in 1 to 3 weeks). Doses should never exceed two (2) tablets per day. In test subjects we have found that taking after 4 pm is not recommended as it will most likely cause difficulty in sleeping.. Consult your doctor before such use. Never exceed the maximum dosage of 2 tablets a day.

Not to be taken by those under the age of eighteen, keep away from children. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
SIDE EFFECTS: Product may cause difficulty in sleeping if taken after 4PM. Please consult your doctor if you experiance any other symptoms.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose it is not reccomended to take the pill later in the afternoon. This product may cause insomnia if taken to late. Resume normal scheduel the following morning.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture. Do not store in your bathroom.
